Apex Lawn & Service – Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

 

 

Apex Lawn & Service (“Company”) provides landscaping and property maintenance services including, but not limited to: lawn mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, fertilization, hydroseeding, sprinkler repair/installation, yard clean-ups, and related services.

 

 

2. Scheduling & Access

 

 

• Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

• Service dates may vary due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Locked gates, aggressive animals, or inaccessible areas may result in skipped service without refund.

 

 

 

3. Estimates & Pricing

 

 

• All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions (excessive debris, overgrowth, hidden obstacles, etc.).

• Pricing is subject to change with notice.

 

 

 

4. Payment Terms

 

 

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur fees.

• Accounts unpaid beyond 15 days may be subject to service suspension or collections.

 

 

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

• Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

• Recurring services require notice prior to the next scheduled visit.

 

 

 

6. Property Conditions & Liability

 

 

• Customer is responsible for marking sprinkler heads, utility lines, and hidden obstacles.

• Apex Lawn & Service is not responsible for damage to:

  • Unmarked irrigation systems

  • Hidden objects (rocks, wires, debris)

  • Pre-existing property damage

• The Company will take reasonable care but is not liable for incidental damage caused by normal operations.

 

 

 

7. Weather Policy

 

 

• Services may be delayed due to weather conditions.

• Delayed services will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

 

 

 

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

• If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service.

• We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

 

 

 

9. Safety

 

 

• Customers must ensure pets are secured during service.

• Hazardous conditions may result in refusal or delay of service.

 

 

 

10. Termination of Service

 

 

• Either party may terminate service at any time.

• Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination.

 

 

 

11. Media Release

 

 

• Apex Lawn & Service may take photos of completed work for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

 

 

 

12. Limitation of Liability

 

 

• Apex Lawn & Service’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

 

 

13. Agreement

 

 

By accepting service from Apex Lawn & Service, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
